South View, St.Annes.
A guest house or apartments, at no.113, South Promenade was owned by Frank
and Elvina Rogerson under a different name1. in
the 1920s & 30s. By the 1970s it was known as "South View."
It was merged into the adjoining Chadwick Hotel (no.115) about 1980.
