NEW HOTEL AT LYTHAM.

 

To be ERECTED on the BEACH, a handsome and commodious INN, on a piece of ground in a central and eligible situation, forming one of the best and most desirable sites in Lytham it affords a frontage to the Beach of 67 yards; and extends backwards to a cross street 97 yards, containing in the whole 4738 superficial square yards.

 

The new approach from Preston leads direct to the ground upon which it is proposed to erect the Hotel, which communicates also with the new road to Blackpool. Ground to be leased for a term of 99 years, from Thomas Clifton, Esq. Capital required for erecting the Inn estimated at and not to exceed £ 4000, raised in 80 Shares of £ 50 each.

It is proposed to have a MEETING of the SUBSCRIBERS, for the purpose of considering the plans to be adopted, and the expediency of purchasing immediately the requisite quantity of Timber, and also for making other necessary arrangements for carrying the plan into execution; and a meeting is hereby called accordingly, to be held at the CLIFTON'S ARMS, in Lytham, on Tuesday, the 4th day of December, 1838, at one o'clock when the Subscribers are respectfully requested to attend.
