tour of industrial Lancashire, meeting people and being welcomed by crowds of
cheering, flag-waving locals. The commentator mentions that the royal couple are
accompanied by Lord Derby and Sir Samuel Hoare.
Scenes include:

The King and Queen meet disabled ex-servicemen at Blackburn.

After leaving the County Hall at Preston, the King and Queen are driven
to Moor Park, Preston to inspect 2,500 members of the British Legion.

Then they head towards the sea, arriving at the Pier forecourt in St
Annes-on-the-Sea.

Then on to Blackpool where they are driven along the promenade with
Blackpool Tower in the background.

They meet the Mayor of Blackpool at the Town Hall, then drive off
again.
