The Clifton Private Hotel, South Promenade, St.Annes-on-the-Sea, on the
corner of Hornby Road. It was built as St.Annes College for Boys in 1900 and converted into a hotel
c1907.
It was demolished to build De Vere Court flats in the 1970s.
